It does look like that the clump palm that I thought was Paurotis Palm must be the Areca Palm instead because the leaves are not fan-like as a Cabbage Palmetto but are long, narrow like a Royal Palm; sedmuzz is right that the leaves look off. Therefore, I have sent a request to move the two photos to Dypsis lutescens as mentioned by CPP
