Everyone ate well again last night. Interesting New Year traditions.
We had air fried chicken breast, not bad, a little dry, I have to get the timing right, I do like the flavor it gives chicken, and I made a hash of all the left over vegetables and rice with green onion, it was a tasty side. He had white wine, I had none, I am testing to see if that is what is causing my digestive system miseries.
The bread I made on Monday turned out great.
