Donald - did you do those cabbage "muffins" in the oven? I've got a couple of muffin top pans. I bet they would work well for that.

Sean - I LOVE Moules! I think it's about time we had some. I can't eat meat with fat or bone. It might have more flavour, but ... So pork tenderloin is good for me. And this one has enough other flavours to be very tasty indeed.
