There appears to be no coral or orange in it here. I would say it's a true red. I can't remember if I bought it somewhere like Lowe's, a local perennial nursery or ordered it. I went through a phase of ordering some various kinds (which have all bit the dust or been given away) several years ago. Blaze sounds like it would be something a local perennial nursery might have. If any of you think that Blaze would be a good, low-maintenance rose I can try to find it. Will I need to wait until next spring ? Someone asked if it has thorns. YES, it does but not any worse than others I've had.

Thanks all for helping. If you have any other ideas or suggestions, I'm all ears!
