I like that.

No matter how bad it is, there is usually something to enjoy. I'm glad I started a lot of drought tolerant plants this year...must have had a premonition of what was to come.

My *old faithful, and sure to bloom* filler plant is borage. I have some poppies, but not as many as I would have hoped for. There were a bunch up by the side of the house that dried up before blooming, but I think I saw blooms on about 80% of the ones I wintersowed.
