My first pod this year was about 2 weeks ago. It was huge and looked like it would give me great seeds. I got ONE ! Have also had a lot of aborted ones. I did crack open some of these and got 3 very nice looking seeds from them despite the fact that the pods were hard and brown. Today I got 8 seeds from one pod, best yet this year. Still have 20 pods or so to go, I don't do it to sell, just for me right now. The heat has been really bad on the flowers this year. Daylilies cooking in the pods!
