So this is crazy! My Stictocardia started making true leaves-

But that's not what's crazy. It's got the same thing that happened to a few of my other plants but en force!

It's not a pest as it's actually a part of the plant but it does eventually cause that leaf to drop. I lost one of the cotyledons and I'll lose this one soon.

I had to clip off the cotyledons of the others it happened to eventually. I'm absolutely convinced it's happening because I mist the plants with the bright grow lights on. I'm going to have to try to remember to do it after I shut them off for the day.

And this was so nice! I bought some lilac ipomoea carnea ssp fistulosa seeds off Etsy. She sent me a few white ones as a free gift and I inquired if she had any more to purchase. A few days later I received an envelope with a bunch of them!
