Dormant diploid, blooms mid season, scape ht 24", flower size 5-l/2" (almost 6 if you stretch the petals), branching 2-way and bud count 10. Since this has been a summer for much lower bud counts, I would say the count on this one is more like 14 in a good year. It is also fertile both ways.
