i never ever see yams
i used to roast sweet potato ..slice thick.. a little cinnamon and or sugar and put in fridge. for years those were the kids snacks .. ....
sweet potatoes used to be solid and creamy ..really great texture.. now those are a bit watery.. not sure why.. hard to get a good one
