A new one for me.....
Just got a call from an Indian saying he was from my tv company and something was wrong with my tv box and he needed to fix it, did I have my remote.
sure buddy, this might be new to me and I might not be able to figure out what your up to, but I know its BS. I told him as much, and a little more and he hung up.
Looked it up on google and sure enough they are trying to get into your tv, I think they need a smart tv, they turn your tv off, and then they make you pay them an activation fee to turn it back on. Usually I would not have answered but am expecting a call from a number Im not sure of.
