Sean LOVE the squash color of the walls ..used it about a decade ago. It didnt work.. I should have figured it out.. the ceilings in the room I used it it are T&G wood... too dark .. your space looks warm and honey'd especially with the new table.

Today I stuffed a small spaghetti squash with a Sloppy Joe mix. I used a green pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic, tomato sauce. . the butcher ground sirloin for me. I had no "official" idea how to make it. I think in Brooklyn, NY as a kid..my older cousin who babysat us used to make it with tomato soup.. Tomato soup then... is not the tomato soup of today. I topped it with a round of Baby Bell cheese ..is that one type of cheese or a combo? I need to look at the ingredient list. Whatever....I had a half for lunch and it was good. I had an extra bit of the mix left.. so added rice to it and stuffed three peppers. Since oven on..I roasted an acorn squash. ...
