I bet all those vegetable gardens that got rained on were happy too!

Mulch is something I'm always short on. I had pine needles before my tree went down and they were enough for the garden area around it. I have to go out and buy bags (and bags and bags) of stuff and the fact is that rarely happens! At least we don't get real deep freezes here, at least not very often. And of course no meaningful snow in the winter.
