I noticed today that I have a pair of irises that arrived togethers and that planted next to one another that have almost perfectly round holes cut into several blades. Should I take some sort of action? They don't look like borer spots that I see in photos, so I am bit puzzled about what is happening. (Also, I am in zone 6 and it is still rather cool here. Insect activity is low, but getting started, depending on the day.)

Thanks for the look and advice!
