Jasmine… so sorry to hear the contractors were so disrespectful of your beautiful garden. It's so flipping upsetting.
Totally understand been there a few times. I would write a e-mail a letter send e-pics keep a record of all the damage. The contractors are responsible for property damage destruction of property and can be back-charged by the boss of the company and then you should be reimbursed for the damage. Back charge-the money is out of their paychecks.
I had so much damage one time I called the 'contractors insurance company' to look at the damage and the 'contractors insurance company' sent me a reimbursement check for all the damage after they saw all the damage . Just call the BBB or contractors Board.
It is heartbreaking to see all our years of hard work just trampled by a bunch of knuckleheads. Group hug
