Those blooms are so pretty. I love the soft pastel and form on that first one best.

Potatos. Love small new ones with fresh peas and carrots with a white sauce. Mom used to fix them and it takes me back to good times.

I just plant them with everything else but probably should be hilling them. Problem is by the time it would matter we have eaten all the little ones. One time I grew them under hay just laying them on top of the dirt and used Miracle Grow on them. Had lots of good size potatoes. Rita you have all that mulch you could put a few under here and there.
