Actually.....we made a dress liner and she tore millions of 3" pieces of duct tape and put them on in a pattern. She worked every night for 3 weeks. She used Royal Blue, silver and black tape and it was pretty cool looking. Heavy, though. She's tiny and it weighed half as much as she did. Her boyfriend did a black tape tux.
It's a scholarship contest sponsored by Duck Tape. She made it to the finals but didn't win any money. They post pics online and the general public votes. We didn't realize we needed to lobby for votes.
