The Procyon 2.0 is what I use. The LED's used create the essential spectrum or wavelengths for optimal plant growth. They are not programable except for time on/time off. I run mine 16 hours a day.

When buying grow lights, most brands are based on either lumens, lux, ft-candles, or watts. However, all of these terms are units of measure for how we (humans) perceive light and how much power the light source consumes to make the light we see.
Plants, on the other hand, "see" the region of light that is called photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). Most grow lights on the market never even mention the PAR of a grow light. This measurement (PAR) is what is important, because lights that produce the most PAR make the best grow lights. All these other lights will "aid" in plant growth because they have some degree of PAR, but Happy Leaf is one of the few grow lights on the market that are designed to provide the most PAR possible.
Hope that explanation helps.
I did use the grow lights in my old greenhouse, and will in my new greenhouse, until my plants are well-established. The main reason I use them is we have notoriously cloudy days here in the Poconos during the winter and spring. You can see the grow lights in this pic from last Spring.
I also use heat mats to help keep the soil in the temperature range that supports germination of whatever seeds I have planted. Once the seeds germinate, I remove the heat mats.
