Jill, I do not mind at all if someone cook my recipes that were requested, but when I am present at the swap, so I can enjoy it too. They were my introductions to some to my favorite things, and I can bring something else to introduce to you all---I do not have something that is especially mine, maybe my sister's fried rice, that she created. You can not find it anywhere online, that is especially hers. I am not sure whether someone had requested it. I have to check. I remember my colleague requested the recipe, but she told me that she could make it the same like when I made it. The rice noodle recipe was asked often too. The one I did not want to share at work was the fruit drink. I have shared it only here. Because when I received it from the restaurant, they asked me not to share it so others could sell the same thing commercially. I found a similar recipe online, and that was when I decided I could share the recipe with all of you, and I do not think any of you will sell it commercially!
