If I'm reading what you are saying correctly........ if it's sending up scapes on fans that have not had scapes then it's just the first scapes on those fans. Not all of the fans will send scapes up together in the season.

The AHS dictionary used to explain it a little more in detail (or so I thought) before it got revamped. Rebloom and Recurrent mean same thing (from what I have read)

Rebloom is sending up another scape from a fan that has already had a scape bloom (bloomed out). It could be a couple weeks later or a couple months later.
Instant rebloom means it sends up a scape as soon as the other scape is finshed blooming OR at the same time the other scape is blooming.
