They've grown pretty high - greens 2'-3' - and I harvested a few to have a look, but instead of the bulbs I was expecting, they're more like skinny red scallions. Does anyone know what variety these are?

There are various varieties going by the name of red bunching onions, red spring onions or red scallions. Looking at the photo my best guess would be Welsh Onion Red Dragon variety.
