Did the seeds fall out of the pods easily or were they still attached to the pod wall? If the seeds were loose in the pod, they are mature. If not, they still might be OK as they are pretty close to mature by the time they start turning color. You might go ahead and dry them out. If they turn dark brown, they are likely good. If they are still light tan after drying, they may not be viable but you never really know until you plant them.
