I know I asked this before but can't find my original post.
I've got several bulbs that I will need to move and lots of babies as well. Can I move them in the fall if the foliage has not turned brown?

Since several of the stalks are very tall, I know I can't cut them all the way down till they turn brown, but what about the top portion where the blooms had been?

Thanks for the help.
