we get snow about everything 2 or 3 years and freezing weather about the same.I live in central Ga.and it hasn't been getting very cold here lately.I think last year we had about 2 weeks maybe 3 and not all at the same time of temp's below 30*.I didn't realize semp's were that cold hardy. Are they the only ones or are all succulents that cold hardy. If you know of a web site, link that i can get some info on care of these plants,i will appreciate being able to learn about them on a good web site.I've only grown jade & elephant bush plants, that's the only type of succulents i have any experience with until a friend passed away awhile back and recently her hubby realized her succulents were either dying or looking really bad and her gave me some.I'm still trying to figure out what they all are.and how to care for them.
can't wait until i am able to make one of the sempervivum & sedum balls.I need to srart collecting these succulents.I just love all the colors they come in but they are hard to find.
GOOD GOING YOU ALL!!!
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
