What fun plants you have Jelinda. I do see a pot of sempervivum and they look nice and healthy.
Photo 1 looks like a pot containing Sedum burrito
Baby Burro's Tail (Sedum burrito)
and Sedum rubrotinctum
Jelly Bean (Sedum x rubrotinctum)
I am not sure what the succulents are in the second photo. Over in the ID Forum they should be able to help you with those two. : )
Third photo are the sempervivum. You can find all the help you need on growing these, right here at ATP.
Fourth photo is some type of Grapto------ (petalum, vera, sedum)? I'm not very good at identifying the tender succulents.
Fifth photo looks like it might contain one of the jade type plants. Not sure what the others are, the photo is a little fuzzy?
