Lynn,

I took the chicks out of the strawberry pot.I put them in another pot,my question is can i leave them in the same pot until they out grow the pot their in?Do they need to be grown in a pot of cactus, succulent soil or a soil that is as fast draining & quick drying as the premixed succulent soil.I buy MG cactus, succulent, citrus soil for my jades, holiday cactus etc.. Do i need to do they same for these?Thumb of 2012-08-06/jojoe/db6fa9
I know there are a LOT of succulent and i grow some other plants and i always try to find the botanical name i guess you would call them.Would you by any way know the latin name of this specific sempervivum? If not do you know of a web site or a way i could id these?

Thank you so much for your help.
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
