Thanks for the warm welcome, Everyone. I am glad to be here among Shady Plant Lovers. That is one of many areas in my shady yard I want to share with you. Somewhere in that mess of foliage is a pond! LOL I hope to share a lot here with you all. ---- Evan, those are not Philodendron, but Air Potato Vine/dioscorea bulbifera , about 10 years old. In our deep shade they do well but not over take. Sometimes they don't even grow potatoes. Also those trees they cover take up a lot of moisture so they don't get to grow as wild as they can. I know that in Florida esp, they consider them invasive. --- Looking forward to sharing with you all. Hurray! Hurray!
