This is what I find as the temperatures for Manta, Ecuador

This is what I find for the temperatures in Miami, Florida

Although the high temperatures in Manta for Jun, Jul, Aug and Sep are not as high as the high temperatures for Miami, the high temperatures for all the other months are as high as those in Miami or higher. Most likely it is the average low temperatures for Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr which are higher in Manta than they are in Miami.

Plants tend to respond to average temperatures. So it might be better to compare the average temperatures for both locations.

If the cultivars you are growing require a period of time when the average daily temperatures are below 24.5 C to be able to flower then that occurs in Miami but not Manta.
If the cultivars you are growing require a period of time when the average daily temperatures are even lower to be able to flower then they would not be able to flower in Manta or Miami. We know that there are cultivars that do not flower in Miami. There are also cultivars that will not flower in locations further north in Florida. Those cultivars would seem to require periods of time at lower temperatures to be able to flower. Each cultivar may have its own temperature limits for flowering.
