Since it is now Summer, I would prune it and perhaps repot into larger pot with fresh soil. Place it outside into a protected spot and let it run, making sure the soil never dries out! It will bloom! Smiling
Bring back inside in the Fall.
Now if it is the hardy P. incarnata, one might consider planting it outside and leave it in the ground.
