I thought it looked like an older cultivar, perhaps from a Canadian hybridizer. It might be difficult to identify it unless someone here recognizes it as something they too have grown.

Lilies in general can't self-pollinate but pollen from a different Asiatic might be able to pollinate it. You might for the fun of it give it a try with your Forever Susan like lily. I don't believe Tiger Babies would work because I believe it is triploid but older garden lilies are diploid.
