It's nice to read that people take Retirement Planning Road Trips in Texas like we do. There are so many diverse areas in our state. We used to love the Desert West Texas/El Paso. Now we usually head to the Gulf coast. I think we have selected Aranasas/Rockport/Corpus Christi area. I love the beaches down there and the laid back life. It would be a new challenge to grow in sandy landscape but I would welcome it. Smiling
