I agree time to hand pollinate. I have more success using the toothpick method! Here is the link to illustrations.

You can tear up the flower but once you know where the pollen is, I find it not necessary. You can harvest the pollen using the toothpick and place it back where it supposed to be. Or you can sacrifice one of the blooms to harvest the pollen and transfer to one of the blooms. My experience a day or 2 day old blooms have higher chance of developing seedpod from hand pollinations.
