Thanks Elaine, I have used linking stakes in years past, can't remember which house or what happened to them. I do wish I had a ready supply of bamboo here, it's handy stuff.
These storms with 40 - 50 mph winds gusts are the problem. I am slowly re-planting them deeper, each one has several stakes and staples. Doing a few at a time, between the bending to dig and the razor sharp edges of each plant it is a slow process. Hilarious!
