Jo, your Epc. Siam Jade 'AVO' AM/CST is beautiful.
You asked about AM/CST -
The AM means the plant received an Award of Merit, which is 80 -89 points on a scale of 100.
In this case it was not the AOS ( American Orchid Society) which gave the award, but I think CST may stand for Cattleya Orchid Society of Thailand. ( after some happy googling on my part)

Here is the award list so you will understand what perhaps FCC/AOS etc etc stands for.

Carol, the Lc Fire Dance x B. nodosa is really nice, it looks like you have a lot of buds on that plant. Thumbs up
Dendrobium tuananhii ( species) is lovely! You did very well with it, nice blooms and plant!
