Season is not over by a long shot. Peak comes around Mid-September....
We bought a generator after Wilma.... not wired to the house but like Mike we have a small portable a/c unit that we can use in the bedroom and for the fridge etc. and it will run that.
Let's hope the storms to come will all go elsewhere where they do no harm...
