Sally, I bake the tilapia in foil for Serge, I use different seasoning, he really likes lemon pepper, sometime I had a few slices of onion, or sliced green onion, and put a couple of pats of butter on top, seal it up and bake at 375 for 15 minutes, that's for one loin, maybe 20 minutes if you have more, when you take it out of the oven, let it rest for 5 or 6 minutes, it always looks moist and he loves it.

Dinner last night was chicken breast, fresh green beans, and baked sweet potato with a little butter.
