Wal-Mart has the best prices for 2x3 Zip-Locs. Around 1 cent each.
ULINE and Clearbags are my favorites for different sizes. ULINE inclines towards cases of 1,000.
Clearbags sells smaller packs, but you can get a prioce break if you buy more.
There is SOME online store that chhnarges LESS shipping for bigger orders, so try building an order above $40 to see if the shyipping goes down.

I think Clearbags has the very highest quality Ziplocs. Clearer and denser plastic, 2 mil or 4 mil. Wide variety!

Fetpack has really tiny "Apple Bags" - Zip-Locs down to 3/8"x3/8" in many colors..
But they charge an extra $7 for orders under some large dollar amount!

While I have these links in front of me, here's where I shop for glassine envelopes of different sizes.
3"x5.5" "peanut bags" will hold 15-20 2x3" Zip-Locks and take up NO space inside a jar.
