One note: its pretty much impossible to overwater a plumeria in the conditions you are growing in. 40+C in a desert climate, it will pretty much soak up whatever you give it, we are talking 104F plus. Your plant shows every sign of extreme heat stress. It hasn't;t been that hot here in Florida yet, and out climate is very HUMID which yours is a desert climate, if I am correct?
