I love Lantana in my beds. I'm zones north and every year get the scarlet, Dallas red (I think) and a hot combo of red/orange. Watch the types that either sprawl or are more upright. I like both depending on what happens in the garden. The sprawler loves to slip between the other blooms and it's like a little surprise. You can try overwintering inside but I have found my house is too dry in the winter and it hates me because I'm not a super waterer some days. In fact I can be terrible.

Enjoy! Love it if at some point you could post photos. I imagine some of the same types of things I see in the English Garden magazine.
Every gardener knows that under the cloak of winter lies a miracle ... a seed waiting to sprout, a bulb opening to the light, a bud straining to unfurl. And the anticipation nurtures our dream."
