It seems most of my potatoes are underground, it looks like what you see on the picture is a "surplus" of what is underground. And yes I did add some soil on top for a few weeks. We'll see how it ends.

Just so you understand (and I have not been clear enough on my original post) : the fruits we see on the second picture are not on the same plant as the first picture.
First picture they are either Yukon or FrenchFingerlings.
Second picture (the fruit) are from Adironblak Blue.

Deep enough, what you see is really just "the top of the iceberg" and it's pretty recent.

I'll post a picture of our harvest in a few days.
