I would leave the pumpkin patch alone.
They get ripe too soon when planted at the same time as the watermelons and squash...
To get halloween pumpkins, almost requires a late start.

As far as cool season crops?
I'd plant now.
I've been planting them in my area.

Good question about the rosemary... How large is it?
