Woofie - you always add cuz you're Pacific time. Rockies are 1 hour, Mississippi River 2 hours, Atlantic coast 3 hours. Except for Arizona & Illinois, defends as they don't follow DST so the could be 2 or 3 hours depending on the time of year (summer add an extra hour)..
I just wish we'd do away with DST. Getting up in the dark in the winter doesn't save any energy. DST is so World War II.
