Anna, your roll rolls are perfect and I am sure they taste as good as they look. Thumbs up

TT, here is the broccoli salad recipe, it is from an old church cookbook. It makes a lot and it is an easy dish for a pot luck. Keeps well in fridge.

Sister's Three Broccoli Toss

1 bunch broccoli 1 small red onion, sliced thin
3 slices bacon 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 C golden raisins 1/2 C finely diced red pepper
1/2 C toasted almonds 1 C Versatile Dressing

Fry bacon until crisp and set aside.
Several hours before serving cut broccoli into small pieces and combine with onion rings, raisins, oranges, red pepper and dressing, let marinate in refrigerator. Garnish with crumbled bacon and almonds before serving.

Versatile Dressing (this makes a lot)
3/4 C sugar 3/4 C cider vinegar
1/2 T dry mustard 1 C vegetable oil
1/4 t ginger 1 T grated onion
1/4 t salt

Combine dry ingredients, add vinegar oil and onion and whisk until well mixed.
I haven't made this in years and I seem to remember cutting back on the sugar in the dressing. I think any sweet and sour dressing would work.
Minds are like parachutes; they work better when they are open.
