I had rotator cuff tears years ago, got the steroid shot once a year and after 3 years the dr said I just had to have the surgery. It wasn't bad, very tiny incision and I got the video to take home Rolling on the floor laughing It looked like a little pac man guy snagging snow flakes, they were pieces of scar tissue and calcium deposits the dr said. It worked so well, I had the other shoulder done the next year and no problems since. I do remember that the steroid shots were almost miraculous, I'd go in with very limited movement of my shoulder and walk out swinging my arm. Good luck with it.

Here's what is blooming in my roof pond.
