Many of us have done more than one swap back to back.
You wouldn't be bidding and packing at the same time. The swaps have a lapse between them.
I just looked at your trade list in the other swap today and saw a post with multiple packs ready to go. You are in great shape!
My seeds for each swap are packed and ready to go at the start of each swap.
I use baggies and file my offered seeds alphabetically. The name on my package doesn't always match the way that the system lists the seeds so I file them alphabetically based upon how the system entered them. An example would be my packet will say calendula but the system puts it as pot marigold. I would file it under p because when I'm looking for calendula people dibbed on at the end of the swap it is usually going to say pot marigold. Make sense? I also make bags with each players name prior to any dibs taking place. This makes it so that each day when I check dibs I can pull the packs and put them in the players baggie that won them with ease.
When the swap closes, I print my lists, check each bag to be sure all dibbed seeds are in there and off they go!
I do something very similar with the return envelopes for players. I have a flat rate priority bubble envelope with each player's name and address all ready to go. When people send in seeds I simply open their package and drop bundles of deep seeds from other players into their envelope. I am usually able to mail within 24 hours after receiving the last envelope.
My biggest problem is getting all the seeds that I would like to share and get out there listed. There are many times that rather than list them I will put seeds that are a couple of few years old into a separate thread and let people choose which they would like.
If you decide to join that's great, if not maybe next year. 😊
