Oops, perhaps I re-potted mine earlier than I should have, however it seemed like when I checked there was mostly roots and hardly any soil. I didn't know what else to do, so tried new pots and soil. I'm in MD near Annapolis. Just
yesterday, I put the Clivia out on the porch because again, I had no idea about what else to do. And it rained last night so I'm not certain if this is a good thing or not at the moment.

Do you know where there is information on bamboo. I was given some bamboo which had been sitting in a bucket of water and allowed to go dry. I placed it into water as soon as I got home and about 3 or so days placed it in soil. I hope I didn't move it too quickly. It is starting to yellow and I'm not certain if it is too much or too little water. The bamboo is inside.

My Norfolk Pine is going brown on the lower branches almost halfway up also. With my medical stuff, perhaps I'm having trouble figuring out when to water according to touching the soil. Is there another reliable way to figure out when to water. Orchids I have a good idea about because I can remove the clear plastic pot from the container and see if the bark is wet or dry.

I appreciate all of your help. I posted some pictures under clivia on either the house plant or bulb forum I think.

I hope with help here, luck, God, and the plants wanting to live, I will be able to save them.
