Mums are everywhere, in every store and mostly the only option. Not a huge fan, but at least they bring color.
Saw these ones in Walmart yesterday, along with some cheery scarecrows.

My petunias and calibrachoa are beginning to wind down, mostly because they no longer get much sun due to how the shadows are longer and the house now shades the pots.
I have enjoyed this combo of black star petunias with the bright calibrachoa to contrast.

I have many daylily scapes wanting to pop, but same problem - shaded in many cases by the house. Glare
Still, the ones in smaller pots I moved yesterday to where some sun still shines. Crossing Fingers!
Gardening: So exciting I wet my plants!
