Quick tip on how to loose weight and get weight! Go to a music festival with my niece on Thursday! She has a new tent, a cagoule and wellies, but has never camped does not know how to put a tent up, didn't realize that you need a little cooker and mess tins, plus a mug, knife, fork and spoon! Then of course food and water, tea bags or coffee, powered milk and sugar. Oh what fun she will have with 150,000 people and hardly any washrooms\toilets. She might listen to me and take some toilet paper wrapped in a seal-able, waterproof plastic bag! I know I have been to one and never again would I go near one!
Thursday to Monday, in the cold in a wet muddy field in the middle of nowhere, starvation will set in and there are know pizza places where she is going!
