When I read this question a couple of days ago, I wasn't sure what you are asking.
Better to buy a rose as potted or bare root, generally?
Buy now from local nursery that has the rose available potted now, or wait to buy it as a bare root during bare root season?
Local nursery will probably carry it potted next year, or better to buy it bare root from a higher quality bare root source?
