Those are rose hips but you can't ID what kind of rose it is just from the hips unless there is something unusual about a particular type. For example, Rosa moyesii has an unusual hip.
However, the way the hips are arranged, I would at least guess a small flowered single type that blooms in bunches like multiflora rose.
