I'd like to find out if Tristan is actually a neighbor. The parcels on our ranch are minimally 20 acres - but there are some renters. As hubs said, if they'd just have left their trash in bags on the dirt road, he'd have grumbled, while taking them to the dump, but having to scramble down the ravine to get the trash, and back up with it, was....oh well, it's done. Sorry.
